15 mlelderflower liqueur

St-Germain Elderflower Liqueur

15 mllemon juice, fresh

10 mlsimple syrup

60 mldry sparkling wine

10 mlabsinthe verte

1 lemon, twist

1 mint, sprig

Shake and strain into a Collins glass filled with ice.

Top with sparkling wine.

Float the absinthe on top with a lemon twist and a mint sprig.
