15 mlcolumn still aged U.S. Virgin Islands rum

Cruzan Single Barrel Rum

15 mlgranny smith apple juice

15 mllemon juice

10 mlcane sugar syrup

1 tspblackstrap rum

Cruzan Black Strap rum

Shake all the ingredients (except the Black Strap rum) with ice, then strain into a port glass.

Float the Black Strap rum on top.

No garnish.
