45 mlPlymouth gin

Plymouth Gin

15 mlAmerican straight apple brandy

Laird's straight apple brandy

25 mllemon juice

25 mlacacia honey syrup

10 mlgrenadine

1 egg white

3 brandied cherry, on a cocktail pick

Dry shake all the ingredients, then shake again with ice.

Double strain into a rocks glass over 1, large ice cube.

Garnish with the cherries.
