45 mlblended sherry

Williams & Humbert Dry Sack Medium Sherry

25 mlLondon Dry gin

Ford's Gin

25 mlgrapefruit juice

15 mllemon juice

25 mlsimple syrup

1 dasharomatic bitters

Angostura Bitters

120 mlsoda water, to fill

1 orange, wedge

Short shake all the ingredients (except the club soda) with ice, then strain into a highball glass filled with ice cubes.

Top with club soda.

Garnish with the orange wedge and serve with a straw.
