15 mlpisco

La Diablada Pisco

45 mlpatxaran liqueur

Zoco Pacharán Navarro Liqueur

2 dashesabsinthe verte

Vieux Pontarlier Absinthe

25 mllemon juice

15 mlsimple syrup

10 mlvanilla syrup

120 mlsoda water, to fill

Dry shake all the ingredients (except the club soda), then shake again with ice.

Strain into a highball glass filled with ice cubes.

Top with club soda and garnish with a spoonful of the foam left in the tin.
