Yamazaki 12-Year Whiskey

25 mllemon juice

15 mlpineapple juice

15 mlcane sugar syrup

2 dashesaromatic bitters

Fee Brothers Whiskey Barrel-Aged Bitters

2 dashesaromatic bitters

Bitter Truth Aromatic Bitters

30 mlsoda water

Shake all the ingredients (except the club soda), then strain into a snifter over 1, large ice cube.

Pour in the club soda.

No garnish.
