60 mlblended Scotch whisky, fuji apple-infused

Famous Grouse Scotch

25 mllemon juice

10 mlacacia honey syrup

10 mlcinnamon syrup

1 egg white

2 swipesaromatic bitters, in an X shape

Peychaud's bitters

Dry shake all the ingredients, then shake again with ice.

Double strain into a coupe and garnish with 2, swipes of the bitters to form an X.
