Martin Miller's Westbourne Gin

25 mlquinquina

Lillet Blanc

15 mlSauvignon blanc

10 mlelderflower liqueur

St-Germain Elderflower Liqueur

1 tspsimple syrup

1 orange, twist

Stir all the ingredients (except the orange twist) over ice, then strain into a coupe.

Squeeze the orange twist over the drink and discard.

No garnish.
