30 mlOld Tom gin

Ransom Old Tom gin

30 mlamontillado sherry

Lustau Amontillado Los Arcos Sherry

15 mlfalernum

25 mllime juice

15 mlginger syrup

6 dashesaromatic bitters

Angostura Bitters

1 mint, sprig

Dry shake all the ingredients (except the bitters), then dump into a pilsner glass filled with crushed ice.

Top with the bitters.

Garnish with the mint sprig, and serve with a straw.
