Sazerac 6-Year Rye

45 mlamontillado sherry

Lustau Amontillado Los Arcos Sherry

15 mllemon juice

15 mlorange juice

25 mlorgeat syrup

2 dashesaromatic bitters

Angostura Bitters

25 mlsoda water

Short shake all the ingredients (except the club soda) with 3 ice cubes, then strain into a snifter over 1, large ice cube.

Pour in the club soda.

No garnish.
