2 tspdemerara sugar

0.5 cup (scant)filter coffee

30 mlheavy cream

45 mlIrish whiskey

In a sealed jar, shake cream until thick but still pourable, then chill.

In a warmed Georgian glass, stir rest to combine, then top with the thickened heavy cream.

Serve warm.
