Lemon Hart 151 demerara rum

25 mlblended aged Trinidadian rum

Scarlet Ibis Rum

10 mlblackstrap rum

Cruzan Black Strap rum

1 tspstandard cream sherry

Lustau East India Solera Sherry

1 tspcane sugar syrup

1 dasharomatic bitters

Angostura Bitters

2 dashesorange bitters

1 lemon, twist

1 orange, twist

Stir all the ingredients over ice, then strain into a double rocks glass over 1, large ice cube.

Garnish with the lemon and orange twists.
