Ingredients
1 peach, skinned and cubed
3 dropsorange flower water
25 mlsimple syrup
60 mlsoda water
60 mlOld Tom gin
15 mlheavy cream
10 mllime juice
15 mllemon juice
Preparation Instructions
Dry shake syrup, peach, juices, and gin hard to break down peach.
Double strain, return to a clean shaker, then add cream.
Add one ice cube and shake until the ice dissolves, then strain into a glass.
Add seltzer to the empty shaker, swirl to combine with residue, then gently pour in to the glass in a steady stream to lift the foamy head to the rim of the glass.
