45 mlblended Scotch whisky

Compass Box Asyla Scotch

30 mlblanc vermouth

Dolin Blanc Vermouth de Chambery

25 mllemon juice

15 mlsimple syrup

1 dashgrapefruit bitters

Bittermens Hopped Grapefruit Bitters

0.5 strawberry

In a shaker, gently muddle the strawberry.

Add the remaining ingredients and shake with ice, then strain into a coupe.

Garnish with the strawberry half.
