15 mlBartlett pear, cubed

60 mlblanco tequila

Siembra Azul Blanco Tequila

10 mlpear liqueur

Mathilde Poire Pear Liqueur

15 mllemon juice

15 mlsimple syrup

1 Bartlett pear, slice

In a shaker, muddle the pear.

Add the remaining ingredients and shake with ice.

Double strain into a coupe.

Garnish with the pear slice.
