60 mlPlymouth gin

Plymouth Gin

15 mllemon juice

15 mllime juice

30 mlsimple syrup

30 mlheavy cream

1 egg white

6 dropsorange flower water

60 mlsoda water

Dry shake all the ingredients (except the club soda), then fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake until the tin is almost too cold to hold.

Double strain into a highball glass and let rest for 3,0 seconds, then slowly top with club soda.

Serve with a straw.

No garnish.
