Plymouth Gin

25 mllemon juice

15 mlcane sugar syrup

120 mlbrut Champagne, to fill

1 lemon, twist

Shake all the ingredients (except the champagne) with ice, then double strain into a flute.

Top with champagne and garnish with the lemon twist.
