25 mlcolumn still aged Guatemala rum

Zacapa 23-Year Rum

15 mlamontillado sherry

Lustau Amontillado Los Arcos Sherry

10 mlorgeat syrup

10 mlacacia honey syrup

25 mlheavy cream, honey nut cheerio-infused

1 egg yolk

Dry shake all the ingredients, then shake with ice.

Double strain into a fancy fizz glass.

No garnish.
