60 mlAmerican straight apple brandy

Laird's straight apple brandy

15 mllemon juice

30 mlBraeburn apple syrup

1 egg white

1 dasharomatic bitters

Fee Brothers Whiskey Barrel-Aged Bitters

1 Braeburn apple, slice

Dry shake all the ingredients, then shake again with ice.

Double strain into a coupe.

Garnish with the apple slice.
