Contratto Vermouth Bianco

25 mldry vermouth

Dolin Dry Vermouth

25 mlquinquina

Cocchi Americano

30 mlLondon Dry gin

Ford's Gin

15 mlYellow Chartreuse

1 dashgrapefruit bitters

Bittermens Hopped Grapefruit Bitters

1 dashallspice bitters

Dale DeGroff's Pimento Bitters

1 lemon, twis

Stir all the ingredients over ice, then strain into a Nick & Nora glass.

To garnish, squeeze the lemon twist over the drink, then roll it up, skewer it on a cocktail pick, and drop it in the drink.
