4 cupsaged Jamaican rum

6 lime, peels

1 cupsuperfine sugar

1 cuplemon juice

4 lemon, peels

1 cuplime juice

6 cupscold unsweetened black tea

20 lemon, clove-studded slices

20 sprinklesnutmeg, freshly grated

In the bowl, create an oleosaccharum from citrus peels and sugar.

Add remaining ingredients, then remove citrus peels.

Serves 20.
