5 cardamom, pods

45 mlakvavit

Linie Aquavit

15 mlblended aged Trinidadian rum

Scarlet Ibis Rum

25 mlpineapple juice

15 mllime juice

15 mlginger syrup

1 lime, wedge

In a shaker, gently muddle the cardamom pods.

Add the remaining ingredients and shake with ice.

Strain into a double rocks glass over 1, large ice cube.

Garnish with the lime wheel.
