red chili pepper, mixed, fresh

dry white wine

cups
brandy
Preparation Instructions
Cook peppers with wine over medium heat in a saucepan until wine is absorbed and peppers have softened.
Remove from heat and cool.
Combine with brandy in a sealed glass jar and rest for 2 weeks at room temperature.
Strain and store.
Keeps at room temperature for at least a year.
