25 mlpear brandy

Clear Creek Pear Brandy

25 mlAmerican straight apple brandy

Laird's straight apple brandy

25 mllemon juice

30 mlsimple syrup

120 mlbrut Champagne, to fill

1 Anjou pear, slice

Stir all the ingredients (except the champagne) over ice, then strain into a flute.

Top with champagne.

Garnish with the Anjou pear slice.
