Vieux Pontarlier Absinthe

60 mlgenever

Anchor Genevieve Gin

10 mldemerara syrup

3 dashesaromatic bitters

Peychaud's bitters

1 lemon, twist

Rinse a rocks glass with absinthe and dump.

Stir the remaining ingredients over ice, then strain into the glass over 1, large ice cube.

Garnish with the lemon twist.
