45 mllemon juice, fresh

30 mlsimple syrup

45 mlsoda water

45 mlaromatic bitters, chilled

Angostura Bitters

1 lemon, twist

Add soda water to a Collins glass filled with ice.

Shake and strain the lemon juice and simple syrup into the glass.

Gently top with the Angostura bitters and lemon twist.
