45 mlblended aged Jamaican rum

Appleton Estate V/X Rum

10 mlrhum agricole ambre

La Favorite Rhum Agricole Ambre

15 mllime juice

15 mlorgeat syrup

1 tspvanilla syrup

15 mlheavy cream

2 dashesaromatic bitters

Angostura Bitters

1 pinchnutmeg, freshly ground

1 pinchnutmeg, grated

Short shake all the ingredients with 3 ice cubes, then strain into a coconut mug filled with crushed ice.

Garnish with a few grates of nutmeg and serve with a straw.
