45 mloverproof bourbon whiskey

Old Weller Antique 107 Bourbon

15 mlstandard cream sherry

Lustau East India Solera Sherry

15 mllemon juice

15 mlsimple syrup

1 tsppumpkin butter

2 dashesaromatic bitters

Angostura Bitters

1 cinnamon, stick

Shake all the ingredients with ice, then strain into a double rocks glass filled with ice cubes.

Garnish with a few grates of the cinnamon stick over the top, then garnish with the cinnamon stick and serve with a straw.
