3 raspberry

45 mlblanco tequila

Don Julio Blanco Tequila

30 mlgrapefruit juice

25 mllime juice

25 mlsimple syrup

1 pinchkosher salt

45 mlwheat beer

Blanche De Bruxelles Beer

3 raspberry, on a cocktail stick

In a shaker, gently muddle the raspberries.

Add the remaining ingredients (except the beer) and short shake with 3 ice cubes.

Double strain into a pilsner glass filled with crushed ice, then pour in the beer.

Garnish with the raspberries and serve with a straw.
