45 mlorange juice, fresh

15 mlorgeat syrup

30 mlpisco

15 mlgin

60 mlblended lightly aged rum

15 mloloroso sherry

1 swizzle stick

1 mint, sprig

Flash blend everything except sherry with 12 oz of crushed ice and 4 - 6 small cubes of ice.

Open pour with a gated finish into a Zombie glass.

Float sherry on top.
