Liqueur Griottine Morand cherry brandy

90 mllemon juice, fresh

45 mlsimple syrup

4 egg white, large

30 mlheavy cream

10 mlorange flower water

360 mlsoda water

1 cocktail cherry

Griottines cherry

Immersion blend without ice.

Add ice and soda water to a shaker.

Shake and strain into 4 chilled fizz glasses.
