Ingredients
25 mllemon juice, fresh
15 mlhoney syrup
15 mloverproof pot still lightly aged rum
120 mlwater, boiling
Garnish
1 lemon, long peel
Preparation Instructions
Add lemon juice and honey to a Georgian glass.
Add rums to a Blue Blazer mug with boiling water.
Ignite the liquid and pass it back and forth with another Blue Blazer mug several times.
Pour into the Georgian glass when the flame turns orange and extinguish the flame by covering the glass.
