60 mlstandard-proof bourbon whiskey

Buffalo Trace Bourbon

25 mllemon juice

15 mlcane sugar syrup

120 mlbrut Champagne, to fill

Short shake all the ingredients (except the champagne) with 3 ice cubes, then strain into a fizz glass over 2 ice cubes.

Top with champagne.

No garnish.
