Gatekeeper

Chill every ingredient, then add them to a carbonating bottle and charge with CO2.

Shake gently so the gas dissolves.

Refrigerate at least 20 minutes, ideally 12 hours.

Open and pour into a chilled flute.

Garnish with the apple slice.
