Campari

15 mllemon juice, fresh

10 mlcrème de pamplemousse

Giffard Crème de Pamplemousse Rose

2 dashesgrapefruit bitters

60 mlblood orange soda, dry

1 grapefruit, wedge

1 grapefruit, twist

Shake and strain into a chilled Collins glass filled with ice.

Top with blood orange soda and a grapefruit wedge or twist.
