45 mlrhum agricole blanc

La Favorite Rhum Agricole Blanc

15 mlamontillado sherry

Lustau Amontillado Los Arcos Sherry

10 mlberry-violet crème liqueur

Créme Yvette

25 mllime juice

25 mlginger syrup

120 mlsoda water, to fill

Short shake all the ingredients (except the club soda) with 3 ice cubes, then strain into a highball glass over 3 ice cubes.

Top with club soda and serve with a straw.

No garnish.
