180 mlaged Venezuela rum
Santa Teresa 1796 Rum
90 mlquinquina
Bonal Gentiane-Quina
90 mlelderflower liqueur
St-Germain Elderflower Liqueur
25 mlapricot liqueur
Rothman & Winter Orchard Apricot Liqueur
15 mlDonn's Spices #2
90 mllime juice
90 mlorange juice
15 mlcane sugar syrup
15 mlginger syrup
3 dashesaromatic bitters
Angostura Bitters
180 mlsoda water

Garnish

6 lime, wheels
6 orange, wheels

Preparation Instructions

In a pitcher, combine all the ingredients (except the club soda).
Fill the pitcher three-quarters full with ice cubes.
Stir until cold, then strain into a punch bowl over 1, large block of ice.
Top with the club soda.
Garnish with the lime and orange wheels and serve with a ladle and punch glasses.
