Mononoke

Muddle the lemon wheel in a shaker.

Add the remaining ingredients and whip shake with a little crushed ice.

Dump into a collins glass and fill with crushed ice.

Garnish with a lemon wheel, an apple slice, and a mint bouquet.

Serve with a straw.
