0.5 tspTicaloid 210S

45 mlaged blended overproof rum

Planteray O.F.T.D. Rum

1 tbsphot buttered rum batter

1 sprinklenutmeg, grated

Stir batter and boiling water to combine.

Stir rum and optional emulsifier to combine, then add to the hot mixture.

Stir to blend.

Serve warm.
