15 mlcane sugar syrup

30 mlPlymouth gin, szechuan peppercorn-infused

Plymouth Gin

30 mlLondon Dry gin

Beefeater London Dry Gin

15 mlblanc vermouth

Dolin Blanc Vermouth de Chambery

45 mlwatermelon juice

25 mllime juice

1 mint, sprig

In a shaker, gently muddle the mint leaves and syrup.

Add the remaining ingredients and shake with ice, then double strain into a double rocks glass over 1, large ice cube.

Garnish with the mint sprig.
