Ingredients

45 mllemon juice, fresh

30 mlhoney syrup

15 mlYellow Chartreuse

45 mlcolumn still aged rum

1 dashAngostura bitters

60 mlginger ale

1 lemon, wedge

1 lemon, twist

1 mint, sprig

Whisk all ingredients except ginger ale in a container and chill for 1-2 hours before serving.

Serve over a large block of ice in a punch bowl and top with ginger ale.
