Thieves in the Night

Add the ingredients to a julep tin and fill about halfway with crushed ice.

Hold the tin by the rim and stir for 10 seconds to churn the ice.

Add crushed ice to two-thirds full and keep stirring until the tin is frosted.

Mound more crushed ice above the rim.

Garnish with a mint bouquet and shaved dark chocolate.

Serve with a straw.
