Pirate King Punch

Stir all ingredients together in a punch bowl.

Add crushed ice.

Soak a small bread cube in overproof rum, nest it in an empty lime shell, and light it.

Set the flaming lime on the ice, grate cinnamon over the punch, and serve with straws.
