Mai Tai (Luxury)

Squeeze a lime wedge into a shaker and drop in the spent shell.

Add the remaining ingredients and shake briefly with ice for about 5 seconds.

Strain into a double old-fashioned glass and pack with crushed ice.

Garnish with a mint sprig and an orchid, then grate nutmeg over the top.

Serve with a straw.
