Griottines cherry

1 tspwhite sugar

60 ml151 Demerara rum

Lemon Hart 151 demerara rum

15 mlaromatic bitters

Angostura Bitters

60 mlgin

1 tsprose water

15 mllime juice, fresh

90 mlsoda water

3 cocktail cherry

Griottines cherry

Add rum and bitters to a mister and add sugar and 5 cherries to a shaker.

Mist and ignite the sugar/cherries until they caramelize.

Shake and strain into a Collins glass filled with ice.

Top with soda water and 3 cherries.
