You Do Yuzu Mojito

Moisten the rim of a highball glass and press it into sugar.

Muddle the simple syrup and lime quarters in the glass.

Smack and twist the mint leaves, drop them in, and add ice.

Add the yuzu sake, top with club soda, and stir.

Garnish with mint sprigs.
