40 mlJapanese whiskey
Nikka Taketsuru
15 mlDouglas fir eau-de-vie
Clear Creek Douglas Fir eau-de-vie
10 mlsingle malt Scotch whisky
Kilchoman Machir Bay
25 mllemon juice, fresh
15 mlorgeat syrup
1 tspyuzu juice, fresh

Preparation Instructions

Pour the cold seltzer into a collins glass.
Short-shake the remaining ingredients with ice for about 5 seconds, then strain into the glass over the seltzer.
Fill with ice cubes.
