30 mlpale cream sherry

Alvear Festival Pale Cream Sherry

25 mlquinquina

Cocchi Americano

1 tspmaraschino liqueur

Luxardo Maraschino Liqueur

1 dashorange bitters

1 grapefruit, twist

Stir all the ingredients over ice, then strain into a fancy fizz glass.

Garnish with the grapefruit twist.
