Amaro di Angostura

45 mlaged blended rum

30 mlblack blended rum

10 mloverproof pot still lightly aged rum

30 mlsoda water

1 edible orchid

3 mint, sprigs

1 swizzle stick

Flash blend with 18 oz of crushed ice and 4 - 6 small cubes of ice.

Open pour with a gated finish into a snifter.
