Chill every ingredient first.

Combine them in a carbonating bottle, charge with CO2, and gently shake so the gas dissolves.

Refrigerate at least 20 minutes, or 12 hours if possible, then open.

Pour into a fizz glass, add ice cubes, express a grapefruit twist over the drink, and drop it in.
